Dissolution without a judge, with financial settlement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A couple without minor children wanted to terminate their registered partnership. There was agreement on the main points, but during the inventory, it appeared that pension equalisation, joint debts, and tax consequences also had to be included. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By carefully including these elements legally in the termination agreement, the dissolution could take place without a judge. In many cases, it turns out that a full financial inventory prevents later disputes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
