About Henk ten Dolle

As General Manager of Simmelink Advocaten, I am responsible for shaping the firm’s strategic direction, digital transformation, and daily operations. My focus lies in strengthening internal structures and developing forward-looking strategies and services – with an emphasis on quality, continuity, and sustainable growth.

I work at the intersection of organization, technology, and legal services. In this role, I combine strategic insight with technical expertise. My responsibilities include strategy development, digital process design, online positioning, contracting, marketing, HR, and finance. I operate from an integrated perspective on collaboration, governance, and external positioning.

In close cooperation with our attorneys, I ensure that all operational conditions are in place to support clients in a professional and personal manner.

Alongside my role at Simmelink Advocaten, I also serve as a business manager in the hospital sector, where I am responsible for the strategic and organizational management of the Cardiologie Holding B.V. In both settings, I work on future-proof solutions within complex, knowledge-intensive organizations.

With a background in business information technology and business process management, I focus on digital transformation and the optimization of organizational performance. I see technology not as a goal in itself, but as a means to enhance collaboration, support decision-making, and drive sustainable change.
